When you register, expect to pay the Pool Fee and your first month of tuition. USA Swimming registration is required for every member and is paid directly to USA Swimming.

Pool fee
Joining Aug 1 to Feb 28: $125 per swimmer (family max $250).
Joining Mar 1 to Jul 31: $65 per swimmer (family max $120).
Jenks HS swimmers: $65, and they don't count toward the family max.
USA Swimming registration
$85 per swimmer, paid directly to USA Swimming.
Meet fees
Vary by the level of the meet, from about $25 to $85 and up. Plan on one to two meets a month.
What your tuition pays for
Coaching, the pool and the meets
Tuition pays for coaches' salaries, staffing, website usage, equipment and team events. The USA Swimming fee covers your swimmer's membership. The club/pool fee helps offset the cost of running the state-of-the-art Jenks Trojan Aquatic Center, and meet fees cover entry plus lifeguards, facilities, hospitality and awards.

Volunteer requirement
We host incredible meets at the Jenks Trojan Aquatic Center, and we can only do it with parent volunteers. Each family volunteers 20 hours for the short course season and 20 hours for the long course season, regardless of their swimmer's level.
Volunteering can be working a meet on a weekend, staffing the Trojan Head during weekday practices, helping plan banquets or donating food and drinks for upcoming meets. Any family member or friend over 14 can help. Unfilled hours are billed at $40 an hour on March 31 and August 31, or prorated for a swimmer who withdraws mid-season.
Long Course tryouts open in March 2027
Tryouts are free, by appointment, and every new Trojan gets a trial week before any fees are due.
